Privacy Policy
Last updated October 8, 2026
This policy explains what information JenaTechs Mobile Notary (“we”) collects through notary.jenatechs.us and how we use it.
Information you send us
When you use the booking or signing request forms, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, company, email, phone number, appointment date and time, general signing location, ZIP code and any instructions you add. Please don’t submit Social Security numbers, loan or account numbers, or copies of documents through the website.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, confirm availability and provide a quote.
- To schedule, carry out and follow up on your appointment or assignment.
- To keep records required of a Texas notary public.
We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
Service providers
Form submissions are delivered to our business inbox by an email delivery provider (Resend). The site is hosted on Vercel, which also provides privacy-friendly, cookie-free visit statistics that we use to understand which pages and buttons are used. These providers process information only to provide their services to us.
Notary journal
Texas law requires notaries to keep a record of notarial acts, which can include signer names, addresses and ID details. Online notarization sessions are also recorded, as Texas law requires. These records are kept as the law requires and are separate from this website.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold from your website submissions, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, by emailing info@jenatechs.com or calling (346) 235-6770.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
